How do I affiliate with the Hamilton & District CUPE council?
To affiliate, Locals must notify the Hamilton & District CUPE Council of their desire to affiliate and list up to 4 voting delegates. Locals must also be paid up in dues to the Council, which are calculated from the Local’s most recent per capita report as:
15¢ per quarter per full-time member
7.5¢ per quarter per part-time member
Cheques can be made out quarterly or yearly to the Hamilton and District CUPE Council and delivered to the Hamilton Area Office at 1700-21 King Street West, Hamilton ON at L8P 4W7.
